Seminar: Chair Yoga at OLLI   

De-stress with your fellow OLLI patrons with chair yoga brought to you by FAU's Fitness on Demand! Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga done while seated or using a chair for support. It focuses on gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques to help improve flexibility, reduce stress, and improve mindfulness. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, making it a great option for those with limited mobility or who may find traditional yoga poses too challenging. Space is limited.
