Join OLLI for this very special excursion to the Boca Raton Museum of Art for a private guided tour of their latest exhibit, Masterpieces of Splendor & Passion: Baroque Spain & its Empire. This collection showcases a selection of 56 paintings from the extraordinary riches of the Hispanic Society Museum & Library (HSM&L) collection of Baroque Art. The HSM&L holdings constitute the most extensive collection of Hispanic art and literature outside of Spain and Latin America. Included will be rarely-seen masterpieces by some of Spain’s most renowned painters, such as El Greco, Diego Velázquez, and Bartolomé Esteban Murillo. After the guided tour, you are free to wander through the museum at your leisure. The Boca Raton Museum of Art is located at 501 Plaza Real, Boca Raton, Florida 33432.
