Prior to each session, participants will read three stories from "100 Years of the Best American Short Stories," curated by Lorrie Moore and Heidi Pitlor. During our discussions, we'll analyze how authors' choices evolved amidst historical events, political shifts, and social movements. Together, we'll uncover the essence of American identity through narratives exploring themes such as aging, gender, immigration, racism, and family bonds.
