After summarizing the history of voting rights in America, this lecture will examine recent developments affecting U.S. elections, including relevant Supreme Court decisions; early and mail-in voting; and gerrymandering and various other state law initiatives. Klein will then explain how these developments may affect U.S. elections in the future, beginning with the upcoming 2024 contests. As always, Klein will interject humor and storytelling into his presentation.
