The Songs of Gordon Lightfoot and Jimmy Buffett   

Two of the most prolific singer-songwriters to emerge from the 1960s folk revival, Gordon Lightfoot and Jimmy Buffett, had long careers in popular music until their passing in 2023. From such early tunes as "Early Morning Rain" and "If You Could Read My Mind" to the chart-topping "Sundown" and "The Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald," Lightfoot's down-to-earth lyrics and heartfelt singing brought him worldwide acclaim. From "A Pirate Looks at 40" and "Margaritaville" to the #1 "It's Always Five O'clock Somewhere," Buffett's perceptive stories and joyous concerts earned him the loyalty of hard-partying Parrot heads everywhere.
