“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” – Rumi. With the world changing rapidly, many of us face uncertainty and fear. The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) reports millions are losing access to essential mental health resources, prompting the need to manage our well-being independently. The University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center highlights skills like courage, resilience, and love to enhance our well-being. Join this interactive seminar to explore current research and practical tools for increasing personal and collective agency during challenging times. This program is being presented as a seminar with limited enrollment to foster discussion.
