How do I create an account in the new OLLI FAU system? 

• Follow the Create Account tutorial to create your account in the new system.  

I’ve created my account in the new system. When can I begin registering for classes and renew my membership? 

• You can begin registering for classes and renew your membership through June 30, 2025 as of Monday, June 17, 2024 when our new registration system officially opens.  

Are there tools available to help me navigate the new system?  

• Yes, we have developed several tutorials to guide you through the new system.

Will I have a new member ID?  

• Yes, you will receive a new member ID in the new system.  

Will I receive a new member ID card? 

• Yes, you will receive a new member ID card in the new system when you renew your membership through June 30, 2025. This will be your permanent member ID card. You may stop by the office to pick up your new member ID card.  

I have a current OLLI FAU membership through June 30, 2024. What happens to my membership in the new system?  

• Once you create your account in the new system, our OLLI staff will add your annual membership, valid through June 30, 2024 to your account. This will ensure you receive all member discounts when you register for classes in the new system as of June 17, 2024.  

I am registered for OLLI FAU summer 2024 classes. What happens to my classes in the new system?  

• If you already registered for summer classes at OLLI FAU, our OLLI staff will transfer your classes to the new system for you. Once you create your account, you can notify us via email by June 7 to ensure your classes are in the system before our system launches on June 17, 2024. You will receive an email confirmation once your classes have been entered in the new system.  

I have renewed my membership through June 30, 2025 in the previous system. What happens to my 2025 membership in the new system?  

• Once you create your account in the new system, our OLLI staff will add your annual membership, good through June 30, 2025 to your account. This will ensure you receive all member discounts when you register for classes in the new system as of June 17, 2024.
